Here is a very helpful technical tip that was sent to me via one of our great Hodaka mechanics. What he has done is drill a small hole into the " shifter arm pin " (part number 942020 ). This pin ( 942020) is hollow so this allows more grease and better lubrication to the shifter guide and arm. Very simple easy fix to allow better idea for those shifter assemblies. These pins ( 942020) are used on all models other than Ace 90's, Ace 100's and Super Rat's ( 93,A,B).
